Mixers
Our mixers are built with in our own engineering shop with most care and workmanship. They are designed with the following key characteristics:
- All components coming into contact with the mixed product will be made from AISI 304 or AISI 316 (as agreed with client)
- Non metal parts in contact with the mixed products are made of food grade materials
- The frame will be made standard steel and coated or of stainless steel
- The exterior of the mixing drum is pearl blasted
- All welded seams, both inside and outside the mixing drum, are ground and polished. The scoops are be welded smoothly to the inside of the mixing drum
- The drum is driven motor with gearbox, direct drive. Our standard is SEW motors but we can supply other motors upon request
- Three inspection doors are fitted with quick-release fasteners
- A powder coated safety fence with a door secured by a safety lock linked to the safety relay of the mixer will protect the area around the mixer
- The mixer comes equipped with a standard control panel which includes a frequency converter, PLC and Touch Screen panel with standard functions for effective operation of the mixer. Extended functionality can be programmed and implemented upon request
